  • FLT 4: 4 MIN. 32 SEC.. Oaks Elementary School 11/7/2020 5:00 - 6:00 pm Slide show indicated 3 MIN 58 SEC. Upon arrival wind about 6 mph two sport groups on west and east of takeoff location resulted in a smaller set up for cones in unplanned manual navigation practice. River Oaks Elementary School 12401 Scofield Farms Dr., Austin, TX 78758. Purpose of this flight was to maneuver -over the cones - mini facing south - mini facing north - Hover over cones and - Practice Manual landings. However, a second group of ball players set up in the field area that I was setting up to fly. So I moved closer to the fence, but outfielders were nearby. Due to the distraction I aborted the flight plan and maneuvered in among cones in close quarters for about 30 minutes before shutting down. As indicated in the video captions, an mp4 file was corrupted due to video codec error, a compressor/ decompressor (codec). Purchased U3 micro SD cards to troubleshoot this problem. EVALUATION: DUE TO DISTRACTION OF BALL PLAYERS I MOVED TO THE SHORT OVAL WALKING TRACK EVEN THOUGH TO THE EAST WAS ANOTHER GROUP OF BALL PLAYER. LESSON LEARNED: ARRIVE EARLY AND IF DISTRACTIONS IN THE AREA MOVE ON TO A MORE ISOLATED ENVIRONMENT.
